Here’s how it works:

  • Check out the activity lists for ways you can take a short break.

  • Take one 10-minute break three times each workweek.

  • Try one activity from each of the activity lists each week.

  • Record your activities and break times, including the category.

  • In two month come back to your notes and you will see a huge improvement!
